Anahit
Founder, School Psychologist, Parenting Teens Expert & Transition Specialist
With over 20 years of experience as a school psychologist, Anahit brings deep expertise in child development, educational planning, and mental wellness. She’s passionate about helping students—especially at-risk youth and neurodiverse learners—thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Anahit is also a dedicated parenting coach, workshop leader, and curriculum creator, guiding families through the toughest parts of adolescence with empathy and evidence-based tools. As a mother and educator, she founded NovaLux Learning Hub to shine a light on every learner’s path to independence and success.
Brian
Co-Founder, Youth Mentor & Program Director
Brian is a trusted mentor and youth advocate with 20 years of experience supporting children and teens through specialized academic instruction, behavior support, and skill-building programs. His background includes working with students with diverse learning needs in both school and community settings. Known for his calm presence, creative approach, and deep commitment to every young person he works with, Brian co-leads NovaLux programs focused on life skills, social-emotional growth, and confidence building. As both a father and a mentor, Brian believes that every young person deserves a safe space to grow into their full potential—and he’s here to help make that possible.
